HF RFID Module SL013

HF RFID Module SL013 is based on NXP's transponder IC. It’s a compact Mifare read/write module, the footprint like a 32 pin DIP package type. SL013 supports Mifare 1k and Mifare 4k. It has TTL serial port for external communication, integrate all necessary components to driver directly matched antenna. We offer one separate antenna ( dimension 45 * 55 mm ) together with SL013 module as an accessory.
