HF RFID Module SL015B-1

HF RFID Module SL015B-1 is a 13.56MHz Mifare read/write module based on NXP's transponder IC, supporting Mifare 1k, Mifare 4k and Ultralight. It integrates all necessary components and antenna in one PCB, auto Real-time detecting tag move into or out of detective rang and reports via one output pin's logic level. With simple serial communication command, the external Micro-Controller can work with SL015B-1 to read/write Mifare Cards.
