HF RFID Module SL015M-3

HF RFID Module SL015M-3 is a 13.56MHz ISO15693 read/write module based on NXP's transponder IC, supporting I.CODE SLI and Tag_it HF I. It integrates all necessary components and antenna in one PCB, auto Real-time detecting tag move into or out of detective rang and reports via one output pin's logic level. With simple serial communication command, the external Micro-Controller can work with SL015M-3 to read/write ISO15693 cards and labels.
